Welcome to La Capanna di Giuseppe e Maria. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of accommodation services at our bed and breakfast located in Taormina, Sicily, Italy.

2. Accommodation Services
2.1 Booking Requests
All booking requests submitted through our website are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
2.2 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 10:00 - 12:00
- Check-out time: 08:00 - 10:00
- Early/late check-in or check-out may be arranged by prior agreement
2.3 Room Rates
All prices displayed on our website are per room per night and include breakfast. Prices may vary depending on the season and number of guests. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2.4 Breakfast
Breakfast is included in all room rates and is served on the terrace (weather permitting). We offer buffet-style breakfast with Italian and American options.
2.5 Parking
Free private parking is available on-site for all guests.
2.6 Airport Shuttle
A paid airport shuttle service to/from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (52 km) can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in advance to book this service.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival
- 50% charge: 3-7 days before arrival
- Full charge: Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to lacapannadigiuseppe@gmail.com.
4. Payment
Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking
- Present valid identification upon check-in
- Respect the property and other guests
- Not smoke inside the rooms
- Report any damages immediately
- Comply with Italian law and local regulations
6. Liability
La Capanna di Giuseppe e Maria is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Injury or damage caused by guest negligence
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
